I, myself, become weak at the knees when someone udders 'chocolate chambord with raspberry' or 'chocolate ganache with caramel filling.' I'm a sucker for sweets, especially if they are small and pretty!

One of the bridal couples I am currently working with decided on cupcakes for their wedding. I recommended my local favorite,
Play Cake Bakers. This couple couldn't decide on just one flavor, as Jen makes the most amazing cupcakes even MORE amazing!
The couple narrowed down their dessert menu to 3 spectacular fall flavors: pumpkin spiced latte, chocolate stout with bacon crumbles, and apple pie. Mmm.... that sounds like Fall to me! Their guests are sure to remember the dessert portion of the evening!
If you are planning an event in the near future... don't hesitate to jump on the cupcake bandwagon. This trend has been around for a while, but who knows how long of a shelf life it will have. Just be sure to do a taste test before serving to guests. You may have to taste 2 or 3... just to be sure they are good. You have my approval!
