Event Site Visit Review: Sweetheart City Winery

The My Big Day team had the opportunity to tour the new Sweetheart City Winery in Loveland, CO with one of the owners, so that we could share all about this amazing venue in town with our clients!

There is so much to love about this winery!
We decided to make a top 10 list (in no particular order).

Reasons we love the Sweetheart City Winery Venue:

Location- Off of Hwy 34, which is easy to get to from all over! And it is a great stop on the way up to Estes Park!
Views- Beautiful views from every side... the river, the Rocky Mountains, Devil's backbone!
Ceremony Site- Stunning. Just stunning.
Options- Depending on your party side and the views you prefer, you can choose from a couple different sites/spaces.

5. Decor- We love the tasteful decor and warm wood finishes.
6. Family Owned- You are dealing with a true family business.
7. Bring Your Own Caterer- We love when our clients have choices!
8. It's New- We love the feel of new, the smell of new, and the excitement of new!
9. Perfect Combination- A big red barn with a rustic look outside, and a pristine, romantic inside.
10. Wine- They have wine! A wine tasting room, grapes growing, and a barrel room!

My Big Day named BizWest Mercury 100 Fastest Growing Company

Earlier this summer My Big Day was recognized at an awards ceremony hosted by BizWest as one of 2016’s fastest growing private companies. The event was attended by over 300 of northern Colorado’s business and company owners. Among the 20 honorees in the category, My Big Day ranked 5th in the Mercury 100 Flight V.
The Mercury 100 list is ranked by percentage revenue growth over a two-year period. The 100 companies are divided into five “flights” of 20, with the highest revenue earners in flight one. Those 20 companies are then ranked by their percentage revenue growth over a two-year period. The Mercury is compiled by BizWest’s research department and vetted by Anton Collins Mitchell. The top five in each flight were introduced during the event.

Each room comes equipped with 7’ rectangular tables, chairs, wall mounted white board and projector screen
You may set the room any way you would like with the provided equipment
Additional tables and chairs are located in the storage closet in the hallway. If you need extras- these are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Upon the completion of your event, the room must be reset according to the diagram posted in the room.
If your meeting requires moving the divider walls, specific rental items (stage, PA, etc.), or catering you must list your needs on the Thomas M. McKee Building Rental Request Form. Special requests will not available less than two weeks from the first day of the event. There will be a cost for the labor, as well as the rental costs for these needs.

Accommodates: any number of guests. They have other facilities on the property. They truly can accommodate any size or type of meeting. The facilities have the technology needed for any type of presentation or speaking event.

Looking for a place to host your special event? Windsor Parks and Recreation offers a variety of venues for weddings or corporate parties, birthday parties, reunions or any occasion. Sloshball 2107 Success!

It was a perfect day for adult superheros, kickball and beer.
Our 9th year of hosting the annual NoCo Sloshball Tournament was better than ever! This year's theme clearly was "Sloshball Superheros." Thank you to all who came out to play!
