We had a wonderful time on NYE, and it sounds like all of our guests did too! We officially SOLD OUT early in the day on 12/31. We hated having to turn people away. Next year, plan for a sell out again, and get your tickets early! We've already committed to a 2018 ball with the Hilton. Tickets will go on sale in November again this year.
We are really proud of how our vignettes turned out and were SO pleased at how many folks took photos in them! We've already started working on the 2018 theme and vignette ideas!  Thank you for the MANY compliments we received about our DJ selection. DJ Kaaos is one of our FAVORITE DJs in Colorado, and we love that YOU love him too! New Year's Eve in Northern Colorado - Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Timnath, Berthoud, Estes Park, Longmont My Big Day was honored to yet again host Blue Federal Credit Union's annual holiday party! This year they chose a Mad Men theme, which we had a blast planning and executing!  This years' party was hosted at the Fort Collins Marriott. Our centerpieces were ornate art deco lamps, retro decanters, and period appropriate picture frames with banking ads from the 1960's.
The customized playlist by MC and DJ, Robert Krueger, consisted of classic 1960's tunes and holiday music.
Blue celebrated their 400+ guests with an award presentation. Their "Blunder Award" ceremony was a huge hit!
In addition to the awards and dancing, we had a photobooth and caricature artists available to capture all of our guests!
We held the secret in for months and months.... What an amazing 40th Surprise Birthday party for our favorite travel blogger, Heidi Kerr-Schlaefer with Heiditown.com! Our tribute to the 90's was filled with thoughtful details. Thank you Robert Krueger for recommending DJ KAAOS! Thank you Bemixxed Bartending and Event Planning for mixing up our 90's cocktails, "Nirvanah," "Saved by the Bellini," "Gin and Juice," and "Vanilla Ice!" Graphic designer, Karen Clark photo-shopped our birthday girl into memorable 90's TV shows and movies. And Play Cake Bakers make the marvelous mixed tape cake! We love parties, we LOVE a theme... and we love when it all comes together the way this one did!
Clayton and Grace chose My Big Day to help them execute their romantic destination wedding at the historic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park.
The bride and groom chose an indoor ceremony, with picture windows that looked out at the breathtaking Colorado Mountains.
All of the little details were hand-picked by Clayton and Grace. Everything had a hidden meaning, or sentimental tie!
We loved every moment with this sweet Kansas City couple! Thank you for trusting us with your BIG DAY!
