 One of our absolute FAVORITE annual events in the NoCo Easter Keg Hunt. This event takes place in 3 weeks and of course, we have to decide how to move forward when the world is in a panic and we want to do everything we can to slow down the spread of Coronavirus. My Big Day sent out a poll to all of our event participants to ask them if they wanted to move forward. They do. If this were a typical, large, crowded event - we wouldn't even be considering it. However, the Easter Keg Hunt is comprised of small teams. It takes place mostly outdoors. It involves running. It is attended by young people. Even so, we are taking precautions. Here is the message we sent to our teams moments ago:  We heard you! 90% of our participants said they are IN for the NoCo Easter Keg Hunt! We know that the country is in a panic right now and this is a time like we have never experienced before. My Big Day has always had a 'no refund' rule because 95% of our work and expenses take place prior to an event.
All event industry businesses, including our, have an 'Acts of God' clause in their terms and conditions to protect a business from something like this, but we are going to forgo that this time and allow those who are nervous a full refund. We are all in this together. Here is the decision we have made:
If you decide to cancel, please notify us by Monday 3/16 for a full refund. If you have a team member who decided to back out, alert us by Monday and we will refund them. After Monday 3/16 we will not allow refunds as we are in the thick of planning and have already invested quite a bit in the Easter Keg Hunt. Should the event be forced to cancel, this will be out of our control and we will not issue refunds. We are giving you all of this information for full transparency. The NoCo Easter Keg Hunt is 12 years old and one of our FAVORITE events! Our team is so excited to put it on again, and we LOVE that YOU love it too! Please email us with your decision. URGENT NOTICE: Once of our Easter Keg Hunt Teams has had a medical emergency and has to cancel this year. Please say a little prayer for them. We have refunded their money and now have 1 team slot available for the 1pm heat. If you want to snag it - message us!  Wow! Even after 10 years, we hear that our Easter Keg Hunt keeps getting better and better. We think a lot of it has to do with the spirited participants that dress up to play this fun game with us! This year’s favorite Easter party past-time included the following: * 2 Kick-Off Heats (one at 1:00 PM, and another at 2:30 PM) * 22 Teams – each consisting of 7-9 people * Approximately 180 participants * 15 downtown business stops – plus a couple of others for clue solving shenanigans * Tons of Fun!!!! There was lots of excitement downtown as all of our teams searched for businesses, eggs, clues, and of course beer on this hunt!
 The Turquoise Teams from both heats came out on top – both winning the prized Keg Trophy! Our first heat winner came in just under 2 hours, and they vow to do the same again next year (this was already their second time as EKH champions)! This event is always a favorite of ours to put on. We love the excitement and creativity that the teams bring with their costumes and comradery. We also enjoy getting to know all of the downtown businesses and business owners that we work with to make this event a success.

  It's finally here! It's time for the 9th Annual NoCo Easter Keg Hunt! Date: Saturday, April 15th Just as in past years, we privately open up ticket sales to past teams. In less than 24 hours the 1:00pm heat SOLD OUT! The 2:30pm heat has some team slots open, and we would love for you to play! The Easter Keg Hunt is an annual event that keeps adults young! A wild and crazy scavenger hunt takes place in Old Town, Fort Collins Colorado. It is the perfect marriage between a road rally and a bar crawl!
