March 10, 2015 -Fort Collins, Colo – Three specialty craft companies in Old Town Fort Collins have partnered together for a fundraiser to support The Rett Clinic in Children’s Hospital. Join us Tuesday, April 7th at 6pm in Old Town Fort Collins for a fantastic foodie experience! Blue Skies Winery, CopperMuse Distillery and Pateros Creek Brewing Co. have partnered together to host a tasting tour "progressive". Guests of our tour will start at one of the 3 stops, and then hop from each tasty stop to another. At each stop guests will be presented with delectable pairings of tapas from the infamous ‘Chef Cam’ along with choice beers, wines, or spirits from each host. Tickets are only $60 per person, and proceeds go directly to The Rett Clinic to support their amazing work. Tickets can be purchased on the event website: http://www.BlueSkiesForRett.com The Rett Clinic serves families affected by Rett Syndrome. Rett Syndrome (RTT) is a debilitating neurological disorder diagnosed almost exclusively in females. RTT has been thought to affect 1 in 10,000 females. It is now believed, however, that the prevalence rate of RTT may be much higher. Rett leaves its victims profoundly disabled and completely dependent on others for every basic need that requires 24 hour a day care. The Rocky Mountain Rett Clinic is one of only 18 clinics in all of America that serve families who are dealing with this baffling disorder. The clinic is mostly funded by donations. Limited funding and resources only allow the clinic to be available 6 times per year. As such, there is a long waiting list for families to get in. Profits from this fundraiser go directly to the clinic.

2. You get to wear really fun underwear. One of the best parts of boudoir is going and buying the sexy lingerie. This is a fun girl trip and gives you the chance to get something really beautiful and fun that your fiancé will go crazy for! If you really wanted to get creative you can incorporate your fiancés button up shirt or use props like pearls and fans, this creates a totally new and fun look.

Informal -Place a large dinner plate in the middle of a place mat. -If soup is being served, a soup bowl is placed on top of the dinner plate. -The fork is placed to the left of the plate. -The knife and spoon are on the right. The knife is positioned directly next to the plate with the blade facing in. The spoon is right of the knife. -Soup spoons can be found to the right of the beverage spoon. -If salad is being served, include a smaller salad fork to the left of the dinner fork. -And what’s dinner without bread? The bread plate is placed above the forks with a butter knife on top. -Place the water glass directly above the knife. -As for the napkin, placement is at the discretion of the host. Under the forks or between the dinner plate and bowl are two popular choices. 
Formal A formal place setting is very similar to the informal, just with a few more add-ons. -Begin with the informal setting. -Include a wine glass next to the water glass above the knife. -A dessert spoon can be added to the right of the beverage spoon, a fork can be placed to the right of the dinner fork, both placed above the plate, or simply brought out with the course. -To dress your table up a bit, add a charger beneath the dinner plate for extra flare. As with any event, make it your own! The above instructions are simply guidelines and are not absolute rules. Feel free to create your own table setting that will make your table unforgettable.
